Calcom Properties is a medium-sized company that has leased hundreds of properties. Currently, we have an amazing team consisting of a corporate broker, employees, agents, and a network of maintenance vendors. We provide this great service to our owners over a large geographical area because we have qualified managers who specialize in regions. Our corporate office is located at 25090 Jefferson Ave, Suite B Murrieta CA 92562.

We provide service in South West Riverside County. This includes Temecula, Murrieta, Winchester, Lake Elsinore, Wildomar, Menifee, Perris, Hemet, San Jacinto, Corona, Moreno Valley, and Riverside. We also provide service in North San Diego County, which includes Fallbrook, Vista, Valley Center, San Marcos, Oceanside, Carlsbad, and Escondido.
